When over seeding it is important to get the preparatory work right.

This will vary based on the state of the existing lawn but may include a combination of aeration, scarification and top dressing.

The first picture shows a lawn that has been aerated, scarified, top dressed, seeded and thoroughly raked in on 22/09/06.
The second picture was taken on 17/11/06 when we returned to carry out the next application.
